We, here at Emergency Plumbing, Heating & Air, have been keeping a close eye on all of the CDC recommendations and updates regarding COVID-19. The safety of our employees and our customers is of great concern. We care about the safety and health of our customers and our community. We want to assure you that we are taking every possible precaution we can.
In addition to our standard protocol of wearing gloves, shoe covers, and safety glasses; our technicians will now be wearing masks upon entering our customers’ residence. Our technicians will be armed with plenty of hand sanitizer, sanitizing wipes will be used to wipe down phones and tablets before and after every use. We will be contacting our customers before dispatch to inform them of the extra precautions we are taking and to make sure they are still comfortable with a service call in their home at this time. Each member of our team is required to take their temperature and show proof of their temperature before arriving to work. As of right now, we are running our business as usual. We will continue to watch what unfolds and what recommendations are being made. We will follow all guidelines and take any additional preventative measures needed to ensure the safety of our employees and customers.
