Emergency Plumbing, Heating & Air is proud to help support the upcoming Zoom Duck Derby, happening on Saturday, June 20, 2026, at Zoombezi Bay! This annual fundraiser benefits The Alpha Group of Delaware and brings the community together for a day full of fun, excitement, and a whole lot of rubber ducks.
In the weeks leading up to the event, keep an eye out for a special guest outside the Emergency office. A giant duck named Waddles who will be making appearances throughout May to help spread the word about the Derby. We’ll be sharing photos soon, so stay tuned!
Waddles has become a favorite photo stop around town and a fun way to help spread awareness for a great cause. If you drive by and spot him, be sure to snap a picture and share it with us on social media!
What is the Zoom Duck Derby?
The Zoom Duck Derby is one of The Alpha Group’s biggest annual fundraisers, supporting programs and services for individuals with disabilities in Delaware County. During the event, thousands of rubber ducks race through the water at Zoombezi Bay for the chance to win exciting prizes.
It’s a fun and family friendly tradition that makes a real impact in our local community.
