At Emergency HVAC, we believe great service starts with a strong team culture This past fall, our crew came together to celebrate another successful season during our annual Fall Fest & Chili Cook-Off.
The event gave employees and their families an opportunity to relax, connect, and enjoy a little friendly competition outside the workplace.
The highlight of the afternoon was our much anticipated Chili Cook-Off, where team members brought their best homemade recipes to compete for bragging rights and the title of Chili Champion. From classic recipes to bold and spicy creations, there was no shortage of flavor or creativity.
In addition to the cook-off, employees enjoyed fall themed activities, great food, and time together as a team. Events like these are an important part of the culture at Emergency HVAC because they allow us to recognize the hard work of our staff while strengthening the relationships that help us serve homeowners throughout Delaware and the surrounding communities.
