I woke up to water in my basement and a sump pump that wasn’t running. I called Emergency Plumbing and received a call back within 10-15 minutes. Same day availability was available but due to my schedule I had to schedule for the following day.
The appointment was booked between 8am and 11am. They called around 9am when they were 20 minutes out.
The AJ and Luis arrived and were very professional. After looking at my sump pump, they suggested I get a new one since this is the second time it happened and the pump was working intermittently. I also asked about a battery backup and tankless water heater. They provided estimates for everything. No high pressure sales.
They also repaired a pipe on the outside of my house related to the sump pump.
The service was quick and professional. I’ll definitely use them again.
