Main sewer line clog had all drains backing up and spitting up sewage in our tubs. We called and they were here in minutes. The access is in the basement and they plumbers allowed us to help catch and direct sewage away from our belongings. I am very appreciative they gave us a fighting chance instead of just opening the access for 100+ gallons of sewage to flow everywhere like a fire hydrant. We had fun helping and what a story to tell. I still can’t believe they were here in minutes for our plumbing emergency, dispatch was aware they were in the area and finishing up a job – timing worked out to squeeze us into the schedule. Other plumbing companies were booked and only had after hours rates along with a hefty price tag and hours of waiting.
