While late night replacing a leaky toilet, I discovered that the shut off valve was also leaky. Mike and John were able to come out the next morning, replace the shut off valve and finish the toilet install. They were quick, efficient and didn’t mind my helpful 6 year old offering the occasional advice. We plan on using their services in the future.

Shawn and Perfus did an excellent job. Shawn knew how to work with my older Luxaire and he was eceptional training Perfus, not only on the how but on the why, teaching safety and trouble shooting…Perfus did the work…he listened, he followed directions and has good sense about his tools and what he was doing…i have no doubt that he could replace a thermocouple on his own, here on out. They are a good team. I trust their work and would call again. Thanks.

We have been customers for years. They showed up on time, analyzed the problem, and showed us what needed to be done to correct it. They worked steadily and efficiently and repaired the problem. They were careful to avoid carrying dirt from the basement into the upper living areas of the house, cleaned up the work area, and hauled off the old pipes. They did a very good and professional job, and as a bonus,were quite nice and personable.

Shawn diagnosed and repaired my heat pump recently. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Even went through a few extra steps to reset my thermostat and make sure that everything was working perfectly. Will definitely be reaching out again if I have any issues in the future. I called Emergency Plumbing & Heating about my sump pump on Monday at 7:30am. Mike & Michael were at my house by 9am. Mike knew just what to do. He provided good advice regarding what needed to be done, and he didn’t throw in anything unnecessary. He was easy to talk to, professional, and super knowledgeable. I’m so relieved to have peace of mind now, and be a little more familiar with our system. Thank you!! Emergency Plumbing & Heating has also installed our water heater (2020), replaced a few toilet parts, and come out for a couple of consultations. My husband is handy and could probably do this stuff, but he travels and would rather spend his time otherwise. And paying a reasonable premium for a professional is worth it to me for the peace of mind.

Emergency Plumbing Heating and Air installed today a whole house dehumidifier. Nathan and his team arrived on time with phone calls before hand, confirming the job. They began with a careful reading of the installation procedures. All went smoothly. They were deliberate and thorough as they proceeded. At the completion of their work, Nathan explained the care and maintenance of the whole house dehumidifier. Both men removed all disposable stuff, and cleaned the utility room floor, as is seen in the photos. Nathan was friendly and helpful in explaining the equipment. Their work was a gold standard and the whole house dehumidifier is first rate.

Wow! I accidentally flushed a couple of Lysol wipes down the toilet tank toilet didn’t flush completely so I was concerned it would cause a backup, so wanted to make sure it got “augured out” so not to cause any damage or drain clog. Everyone I dealt with exhibited Exceptional Amazing Customer Service! From my initial phone call at 1:20pm talking with receptionist Skylar, to the call from Chris the Plumber to the job completed by 2:41pm! Chris had an apprentice with him so I’m sure he’s learning from the best! All in less than 2hrs! My peace of mind is worth allot so I feel so confident that the drain clog is gone. With Senior discount it was very affordable! Especially because it was an emergency for us but not considered an emergency service. I would strongly recommend this company especially because I feel I could really trust them if I really had a terrible emergency but hopefully never need them for that…Thanks so much!

We had a break in our water line right before Christmas and Emergency was the only company that could come and repair the line before New Year’s. Mike was a true professional and was able to find the break after a few hours of digging. He and Chris worked hard well into the evening to restore our water service. Skylar at the office was very responsive and helpful as well.

This was a job well done. Jacob and Kaleb both exceeded my expectations and were very polite and friendly. They arrived on time and finished replacing a very old vertical copper pipe near the inside water meter shutoff valve that had sprung a leak midsection between the old sweat fittings due to corrosion. They also installed a 90-degree elbow piece going into the union at the meter, and a new grounding clamp as well. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again should the need arise for other plumbing issues and would likely request them specifically if they were available as well. The price was within my expectations for professional plumbing work, and they were done in about one hour. Thanks again for a job well done. Here’s another update Oct.2, 2023…Another great job. I had Jacob install two exterior faucets and two inline interior shut off valves today on my copper plumbing. Everything turned out well and I was very impressed with his knowledge and quality of workmanship. He got the job done quickly with no issues and seemed like a true professional that takes pride in his work and enjoys his trade. Should the need arise, I would certainly call upon his services again as a first choice.

Alfonso and Michael were awesome. They listened to understand the issues we were facing with our inoperable hot water tank, attempted repair, and came up with great options for economical replacement when the repairs were unsuccessful. I highly recommend them specifically, and Emergency as a company. They have earned my return business for sure.

We have used Emergency Plumbing in the past for planned repairs/service and have been happy with them, so when we had an actual emergency late at night, they are who we called. Our water main sprung a leak and was spraying water into the basement. When I called at 10:45 PM, they dispatched Jacob and AJ to come out and take care of it. They were prompt, professional and pleasant to deal with, got the pipe repaired and were out the door by 12:30 AM. Will absolutely use this company again and highly recommend them.
